Excerpts from my Newsletters |
"Coaching is a new concept to me and one which I initially approached with scepticism. My schedule was non-existent and my time management was completely erratic. After one hour of consultation with Sue Trotter, I was able to not only come away with a workeable solution but was also motivated to address some other projects I had been avoiding. With Ms Trotter's careful listening and posing concise questions, I was able to establish a workable schedule and plan better time management habits. This method resulted in buiding my own confidence as well as clearly defining my objectives and goals. Since this consultation my stress level has decreased and daily tasks are eagerly completed. I would definitely seek Ms Trotter's services for future consultations."

"When my son dislocated his knee he was told there's no way you'll play football again this season. After the remedies the doctors couldn't believe how quickly it had healed and he could play football this season afterall."
